Flexible, Multi-Phase Integrated Learning
The curriculum is tailored for fast-paced learning through two unique MasterClasses, supplemented by individualized study of books and online modules accessible to all participants. Each participant embarks on an effectively integrated learning journey, consisting of four distinct phases:
Phase 1:
During the initial phase, participants establish a strong conceptual grasp of cutting-edge global concepts and methodologies in effectively managing key sub-functional aspects of a college, university, or professional education enterprise. This is accomplished through engaging self-guided study utilizing two exclusive online learning modules and a designated book provided in the study materials.

This phase focuses on MasterClass 1, which encompasses 14 themes. Spanning five days, this MasterClass is crafted to enhance participants' professional capabilities, empowering them to make a significant impact on their educational endeavors. It aims to elevate teaching-learning practices and student development outcomes within their respective institutions.

Phase 3:
This phase involves independent reading of two books and the completion of an asynchronous online learning module that delves into topics related to business, strategy, and self-leadership. It is crucial to complete this stage through self-directed learning, ideally a few weeks prior to the commencement of MasterClass 2.

In this phase, participants reunite for their concluding MasterClass, which brings together 14 learning themes and engaging sessions facilitated by education experts, providing valuable insights.
PHASE 1 – Self-Guided Pre-Reading & Online Learning
At the onset of the program, participants embark on Phase 1, where they engage in two Online learning modules and prescribed reading material at their preferred schedule and speed. This stage fosters the development of a shared vocabulary and foundational knowledge, preparing participants for a more hands-on learning experience during the MasterClass. The estimated time commitment for this stage is 25-30 hours of self-paced learning. The course content is enriched with cutting-edge research and expertise in management and leadership education.

PHASE 2 - On-site MasterClass 1

After finishing Stage 2, program participants proceed to the next phase, which involves another round of asynchronous online learning and focused reading. Participants are required to complete one online learning module and two readings at their own pace. This stage of learning aims to refresh participants' comprehension of various interconnected topics encompassing strategy, business, Higher Education Management, and leadership. The learning resources provided address the needs of education leaders by fostering a comprehensive understanding of how considerations of economic viability and financial profitability have become increasingly crucial in the successful management of higher education institutions, missions, and initiatives. Approximately 25-30 hours may be necessary to complete this stage, and this investment will greatly benefit participants in their second MasterClass experience during Stage 4.
